This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for WHAMAA subscriptions.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Payments and credits that have already been processed are not refundable.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately on a pro-rated basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Messaging charges
WhatsApp messaging charges set by Meta are usage-based and are not refundable once messages have been sent.
