WhatsApp Marketing & Broadcasting

WhatsApp campaigns that start conversations, not just sends

Reach opted-in customers with personalised offers, launches and updates. Every campaign is built for replies, so interested customers can ask questions and buy in the same chat.

The challenge

Marketing messages are easy to ignore

Email inboxes are crowded and SMS offers little room to engage. Customers want relevant messages they can act on immediately.

Crowded channels

Promotions compete with dozens of other messages and are often missed.

One message for everyone

Without segmentation, customers receive offers that do not match their interests.

Unclear results

It is hard to connect a campaign to the conversations and sales it created.

The WHAMAA approach

Personal, permission-based campaigns

WHAMAA helps you send the right approved template to the right opted-in audience, then turns replies into conversations your team or chatbot can handle.

  • Segments from tags, attributes, purchase history and activity
  • Personalised templates with names, products and links
  • Scheduling by date, time and time zone
  • Replies routed to a chatbot flow or an agent
  • Delivery, read, click and reply reporting

FAQ

WhatsApp Marketing & Broadcasting: frequently asked questions

Can I send bulk messages on WhatsApp?

You can send campaigns to many customers at once, as long as they have opted in to receive messages from you and you use approved templates. WHAMAA does not support unsolicited bulk messaging, which breaks WhatsApp’s policies and harms your number’s quality rating.

How do customers opt in?

Common methods include a checkbox on your website or checkout, a sign-up form, a QR code in store, or asking in a WhatsApp conversation. The opt-in should clearly say that customers will receive messages from your business on WhatsApp.

How much does a WhatsApp campaign cost?

In addition to your WHAMAA plan, Meta charges for template messages based on the message category and the recipient’s country. Ask us for the current rates for the countries you message.

Can I include images, buttons and links?

Yes. Templates can include media such as images, plus quick-reply buttons and call-to-action buttons that open a link or start a call.

How many messages can I send per day?

Meta sets messaging limits for each number. They start at a set level and increase as you send more high-quality messages. We help you plan campaigns within your current limit.
